Project Manager

LINK Mobility is looking for talented Project Managers to join our highly competent PMO team in our quest to become Europe’s largest provider of mobile messaging solutions. Position overview:

As project Manager you will belong to the Innovation, Growth and Strategy department and report to the Head of PMO. You will lead, motivate and empower teams to deliver strategic projects that support LINK Mobility’s strategy of becoming the leading messaging solution provider in Europe. As we operate in a rapidly changing environment, constantly acquiring new companies and entering new markets, this position will be instrumental in creating and delivering world-class products and services.

You will have a full end to end responsibility for securing and delivering your projects, and your day to day activities will include commercial and technical analysis and implementation, as well as stakeholder management.

Location: The position can be based in either Oslo or Stockholm and you must be able to travel within our European footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Start and manage complex projects together with the project team (including budget, structure, schedule and staffing needs) for one large or multiple projects
• Take ownership of and manage strategic projects – from the planning phase throughout execution and hand over to the line organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, involving multiple stakeholders from sales, product management, customer service and IT, on both central and local level
• Measure and report performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify and quantify deviations and propose and implement required corrective actions
• Act as a beacon towards other project team members providing inspiration and alignment on common goals
• Facilitate clear communication of milestones and progress across the LINK footprint
• Be a key player to assist in improving our project management process and tools to secure successful project deliveries

Your Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with proven ability to successfully plan and manage complex projects in a multi-country environment
• A documented track-record of delivering projects in an international environment with elements of change management, process and product implementation
• Experience from larger IT deliveries is preferred
• Experience with Agile, PMI industry best practices
• Experience from consulting is an advantage
• Ability to be both strategic and operative/hands-on

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent vocational background required
• Excellent communication skill in English, both verbal and written
