Åhléns chooses LINK Mobility for mobile communication

LINK Mobility, Europe’s leading provider of mobile messaging and mobile services, has taken over mobile messaging for Åhléns, Sweden’s leading department store chain.

Åhléns is part of the Axel Johnson Group and is today one of Sweden’s strongest brands with 63 department stores in Sweden and e-commerce via åhlé

LINK Mobility has now taken over Åhléns’ mobile messaging to customers as well as the click & collect service. (Click & collect is a mobile message to a customer when a web-ordered item is available for pick up at the store.)

“We’ve chosen LINK Mobility based on them being a trustworthy partner, but also based on their innovation of services and looking into more channels for communication, such as LINK Facebook Messenger,” says Mikael Lindell, CRM manager Åhléns.

“The agreement is a very pleasing evidence that we deliver service and quality as we delivered mobile services to Mikael also in his previous employment at Apotek Hjärtat,” says Fredrik Nyman, Managing Director of LINK Mobility Sweden.

The deal is running since December 2017.
